National Mechatronics Award Winners Honored



Chester High's Donald Sawyer and his Chester County Career Center teacher
Mr. Gail Hirschy received a standing ovation during Monday night's School Board meeting. 
Donald, along with recent CHS graduate Josiah Schutt, won a Bronze Medal in this
summer's national mechatronic's competition in Kansas City. 
Donald hopes to pursue a degree in mechatronic engineering, and  
has already been offered several college scholarships.

hiTEC Moving us Forward!

As part of our 1:1 technology initiative, hiTEC (Helping Integrate Technology, Education and Careers),
the Chester County School District now offers HP Elite tablets to all
high school students, administrators and teachers for use in the classroom and at home.       



Students were very excited to receive their new tablets!
