My name is Amber Metcalf and I am the visual arts teacher at Chester Park Elementary School of the Arts. I am a graduate of UNC Charlotte where I studied art as a profession. After several years of working as an Interior Designer and a professional artist, I decided to share my knowledge and skills as an art teacher. I have lived in the Charlotte area my whole life. Currently, I live in Fort Mill with my husband, Matt, and two children, Mason and Bailey. We love animals and have two dogs and 2 guinea pigs. When I am not teaching, I love to create art, go on walks by the river and try new restaurants. I am having so much fun teaching in the elementary school and can’t wait to continue to teach here in Chester County.
