Mr. Hann holds a Bachelor of Music from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM), where he graduated in 1997.

As a freelance musician, he has been engaging audiences in North and South Carolina since 1998. Mr. Hann currently serves as second trumpet for the Union Symphony. He has performed with Charlotte, Charleston, and Greenville Symphonies.

Mr. Hann has instructed brass students at Limestone College, Queens University, and Wingate University as well as aspiring musicians in Charlotte and Kershaw. At Charlotte Christian School Mr. Hann served as the Assistant Band & Orchestra teacher from 2013-2020. He has been with the School of the Arts as the Strings Teacher since Fall 2020.

Mr. Hann lives in Kershaw with his wife, Olivia, and daughter, Salem as well as a fair number of dogs. He is active in a local Christian church, Team Church.
