Administrative Services encompasses multiple departments, all with the same goal of supporting the District and its students, and ensuring that our community remains informed. This includes the Attendance Office and the Office of Public Information.
The office of Administrative Services responsibilities include:- School Counselor Supervision & Support
- Community and Business Partnerships
- Attendance
- Liaison to the District's Charter School
- Parent Complaints
- Expulsion Hearings
- District-Wide Discipline Policies
- Alternative Program Supervision & Support
- Social and Emotional Learning
The Attendance Office is responsible for monitoring the attendance for the Chester County School District. Students are referred to this department for truancy as outlined in our Attendance Policies and Procedures. This department also coordinates Homebound Students. If you have a question regarding your child's attendance, please contact this office or your child's home school.

The Office of Public Information works throughout the year to keep parents and community members up-to-date on important school events and information. The office coordinates external and internal communications for the school district.
