Welcome to 5th Grade! I am so excited for another great year. This is my 21st year teaching in Chester. I am originally from Maryland, where all of my family still lives. I have one sister named Heather. Some people think we look like twins! We try to visit each other as much as possible.  I graduated from Winthrop University in 2001. I loved Rock Hill so much that I decided to stay in Rock Hill after graduation. I have spent my entire career in Chester and have grown to love the students, parents, and the community. There is no place I would rather be teaching!

I reside in Rock Hill with my husband, Tony. We have 1 adorable dog named Pitty who keeps us very busy! We like to travel when we have the time. Some of our favorite places are Asheville, Boone, Chimney Rock, and Charleston. We are huge Carolina Panther fans and we love the Gamecocks. Football is our favorite season.
