My name is Dr. Lisa Taylor. I was born and raised in Chester. I have been an educator for over 25 years. I graduated from Winthrop University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and again in 2000 with a Master of Education in Special Education. In 2005 and again in 2015, I became National Board Certified as an Early Childhood through Young Adulthood Exceptional Needs Specialist. In 2017, I graduated from Walden University with a Doctor of Education with a concentration in Special Education. On a personal note, my husband, Creighton, and I have one son, Cole, who attends Presbyterian College. When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with family, reading, trying new restaurants, and traveling. I am looking forward to a great school year.
