My name is Billiebeth Record.  I received my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education from California University of Pennsylvania.  This is my third year teaching at Chester Park School of Inquiry and I am so excited and grateful for the opportunity to work with and get to know you.  My classroom has a loving and nurturing environment so we can safely learn and experience new challenges that help build our confidence and knowledge together.  I believe in the theory that it takes a village to raise our children.
