• Per Proviso 1.113 (SDE: Surplus Property), “school districts must publish on their website, a list of properties that qualify under this provision.”  If districts have no qualifying property under Proviso 1.1113, the website must reflect that as well.

     

    Chester County School District does not have any surplus property that qualifies under Proviso 1.1113.
