Hello! I am Ricci Dianne Licardo, an enthusiastic English Language Arts (ELA) teacher at Chester Senior High School. With 12 years of experience in the classroom, I have dedicated my career to fostering a love for the English language and literature among my students. My teaching philosophy revolves around making lessons engaging and fun, ensuring that learning is an enjoyable experience for everyone.

 Originally from the Philippines, I take great pride in sharing the richness of my culture with my students. By incorporating elements of my heritage into my lessons, I strive to create a diverse and inclusive environment that celebrates our differences while promoting understanding and appreciation.

 Throughout my journey as an educator, I have been committed to inspiring my students to think critically and creatively, preparing them not just for academic success, but also for a lifetime of learning. I look forward to continuing to make a positive impact in the lives of my students and sharing the beauty of my culture along the way.
