Welcome! I am Chief Warrant Officer Four Theodore G. Miller Jr, the new Senior Army Instructor here in Chester Senior High School Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (JROTC) department. I served in the military for 23 years in the field of aviation. Charlotte Mecklenburg School district is where I first started as a JROTC instructor.
Currently, I teach Leadership Education and Training (LET) level 1, 2, and 4. The program is designed to help young people develop leadership skills and become better citizens. I am excited to be a part of the team charged with helping to build better communities through and for our youth.
