I am Malissa Rodgers Giles.  I have been teaching at Chester Middle School for my entire teaching career. I am a native of Jonesville, SC - home of the fighting Wildcats!  I currently teach seventh grade World Geography. I am a graduate of both Lander University, where I received my Undergraduate Degree in Political Science/ Secondary Education, and Converse College where I received my Master's Degree in Social Science.  I am National Board Certified in the area of Early Adolescent Social Studies.  My husband and I have two children-Haley and Hayden Giles.  I enjoy spending quality time with family, reading, shopping, and traveling to exciting places.
