My name is Mrs. Keogh. I have been teaching at Chester Middle School for many years (Aug. 2001 to Feb. 2005; January 2007 to present). I graduated from Central Michigan University with my Bachelors. I received my Masters from Grand Canyon University. I believe that all children can lean when provided the opportunities that allow them to learn. I believe all children must work hard and put forth 110% in all they do to be successful. I enjoy teaching students and helping them grow as learners. I enjoy seeing that "aha" moment that a student has when he or she is learning.
I have been married since 1995. I have two daughters. Emma is in 12th grade, and Rachel is in 11th grade (for the 2022-2023 school year). I was born in Los Angeles, California but raised in Ohio. When growing up, my summers were spent in Michigan. My great-grandfather had a cabin built on Grand Lake in Presque Isle, Michigan. My mom, dad, and sister live in Ohio. My husband's family live in Manchester, England where he is from.
I enjoy spending time with my family. I enjoy genealogy (my grandma traced her side back to John Alden and Priscilla Mullins from the Mayflower).
