Registration Overview
All student registrations must be completed through the FinalForms portal.
Students New to CCSD OR Pre-K/Kindergarten for the 2026-2027 Academic Year:
Select "New Student Enrollment" for the 2026–2027 academic year and create a FinalForms account. For step-by-step help, see our FinalForms Parent Guide.
Returning Students for the 2026-2027 Academic Year:
All current CCSD students must complete the Returning Student Validation for the 2026–2027 school year. Starting Wednesday, April 15, 2026, families will receive an email from Chester County Schools via FinalForms with instructions on completing this step. For additional guidance, refer to our FinalForms Parent Guide.
NOTE: New and future Chester Park Complex Families
Beginning with the 2026–27 school year, the current Chester Park School of Arts, Chester Park School of Inquiry, and COLT will be reorganized and renamed as follows:
· Chester Park Primary School
· Chester Park Intermediate School
· Chester Park Early Learning Center
Student enrollment will align with grade levels as follows:
· Students entering grades K5–2 will register at Chester Park Primary School
· Students entering grades 3–5 will register at Chester Park Intermediate School
· Students entering Pre-K will register at Chester Park Early Learning Center
These updates are already reflected in FinalForms. Please contact the District Office with any questions or for assistance.
Registration Requirements:
In order to register, all new students must reside in the school district’s attendance area (Chester, Great Falls, and Lewisville) at the time of enrollment. The student must be registered with his or her Legal Guardian as established at birth, with his or her parents, or as established by a Family Court (custody papers signed by a Judge). No affidavits are acceptable.
Students attend schools based on their legal residence. If you do not know which attendance area you are to be registered in, please contact the District's Attendance Office at 803-581-9545 or by email at tharrington@chester.k12.sc.us.
If you are unable to upload the required documentation after enrolling for the first time, please contact your child's school to schedule an appointment and bring all of the required documentation for enrollment.
If you are having trouble logging in, please use the Forgot Password link on the Final Forms login page or contact your child's school directly.
Required documentation for enrollment:
· Certified birth record
· Picture ID
· Immunization record(s)
· Proof of residency (need to provide 2)
o Mortgage, lease, rental agreement, or real estate property tax statement (tax statements for vehicles are not accepted)
o Current utility bill (phone, electric, gas, water, landline phone, etc.)
· Name, address, and phone number of the last school attended.
· Transcript from the last school attended (grades 9-12)
· Secondary only (grades 6-12): Unofficial transcript from the previous school, withdrawal grades (if during the school year), and IEP (for special education students).
