My name is Rachel Owens.  I grew up in the Blackstock community of Chester County.  I graduated from Chester Senior High School and earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Clemson University.  My husband Jason and I have four children.  I have taught in several schools in Chester County.  I have previously taught 4th Grade, 3rd Grade, and ACCENT.  I am currently serving at Lewisville Elementary School as the Math Coach.
