Hello!  My name is Melissia Jordan, and I'm thrilled to say this is my 18th year teaching high school Mathematics. My homeschool is Lewisville High School, but I will be teaching through Chester County Virtual School this year. I grew up in China Grove, North Carolina and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of North Carolina – Charlotte in 2002 and a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Winthrop University in 2018.  I began my teaching career in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School District before moving to Chester County School District in August, 2005. This year, I will be teaching Algebra 1, Foundations in Algebra, Intermediate Algebra, and Honors/CP Algebra 2 Math at Chester County Virtual School.

Currently, I live in the Richburg area with my husband, Robert and son Ben. I enjoy hiking, kayaking, watching movies, and spending time with my family.
