Greetings!
My name is Amy Kortheuer, and I am a social studies teacher for Lewisville High School. I love teaching in Chester County and this is my 12th year at LHS.
I have my Master in Education and Bachelor’s in History from Winthrop University. I am incredibly passionate about education and very much view myself as a life-long learner.
Originally from Springfield, Massachusetts, I moved to Charleston, SC in elementary school. My family still lives there and I regularly travel to Charleston to visit my mom and brothers.
In addition to teaching, I help coach the Academic Challenge Team, the Giti STEAM Team, & Model UN.
