Public Comment Guidelines
Any person(s) wishing to speak during the public comments portion of the meeting should utilize our online registration form.

You must submit a written request to speak no later than 5:00 pm on the last working day prior to the scheduled meeting of the board. The District will also provide a virtual option via Zoom for those who cannot attend regular board meetings. Individuals will be let into the Zoom session one at a time, to make their comments to the Board of Trustees.
Participants may also wish to request written comments to be read on their behalf. In this situation, please utilize the online form to submit written comments. Requests made via social media, phone, email, or any other avenue outside the online form will not be considered.
Please note: Due to time constraints, not everyone may be given an opportunity to speak during the Board Meeting. In this case, you will be given priority to speak at the subsequent board meeting.
All participants for public comment, must adhere to CCSD Board Policy BEDH - Public Participation at Board Meetings.
