Member schools of Region 3-A of the South Carolina High School League met Friday, October 27, 2023 and selected Chester County School District Superintendent Dr. Antwon Sutton as the 2023-24 Superintendent of the Year for Region 3-A. Additionally, Great Falls High School Principal Dr. Jamal Sanders has been named the 2023-24 Region Principal of the Year. Incoming Region President, Coach Richard Ball from Riverwalk Academy, was selected as the Region Athletic Director of the Year. The awards are presented annually to the athletic director, principal, and Superintendent, respectively, who have shown outstanding leadership and support of athletics.
