Douglas Pearson photo

Douglas Pearson is a dedicated educator and coach from Rock Hill, South Carolina, with over 14 years of experience in education and more than 20 years of coaching at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. For the past decade, he has taught Business Education at Rock Hill High School, where he also served as the head basketball coach for five years.

Mr. Pearson holds a degree in Business Management from Winthrop University, a Master’s in Athletic Administration from Concordia University, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Gardner-Webb University.

He is passionate about supporting students in both their academic and personal growth and is excited to bring that same energy and commitment to his new role as Assistant Principal. Outside of his professional life, Mr. Pearson is a proud husband and father of two. He enjoys trivia nights, bowling, and spending quality time with his family.

Randisha Clark photo

Randisha Clark is a proud graduate of South Carolina State University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in English Education. Committed to continuous professional growth, she went on to earn two master’s degrees—one in Curriculum and Instruction from Claflin University and another in Educational Leadership from Winthrop University.

With over a decade of experience in education, Randisha has served in various roles, with the majority of her time spent as a classroom teacher. She is deeply passionate about student-centered instruction and leadership and is excited to bring that same passion and energy to the Cyclone family.

James Commodore photo

James Commodore, a native of Chester, South Carolina, is a proud 2016 graduate of Chester High School. He went on to attend Clemson University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Information Systems. While pursuing his undergraduate studies, Mr. Commodore also demonstrated a commitment to service by joining the United States Army Reserves, where he continues to serve as a Small Arms/Artillery Repairer.

Following his graduation from Clemson, Mr. Commodore began his professional career as a Technology Support Technician at Great Falls High School. Over the past three years, he has played a vital role in supporting the school's technology infrastructure, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of a 1:1 student-to-device initiative. In addition to managing technical operations and providing support to faculty and staff, he has contributed to the school community by serving as an assistant coach for middle school and varsity football, girls’ and boys’ basketball, and boys’ track and field. Most recently, he was appointed as the Head Coach for the Boys’ Track and Field team.

Mr. Commodore is dedicated to fostering academic achievement through the effective integration of technology in the classroom and takes pride in being a reliable resource for students and educators alike. His leadership both on and off the field exemplifies his commitment to the holistic development of students in Chester County School District.
