Coach Victor Floyd has left an indelible mark on Chester Football, Chester High School, and the entire Chester community. His impact goes far beyond wins and trophies—it lives in the lives of the young men he has mentored, molded, and inspired.

Coach Floyd didn’t just build a winning program—he built a culture. A culture of discipline, accountability, toughness, and pride. He taught our players how to compete with class, lead with integrity, and represent something bigger than themselves. His classroom, his locker room, and his sideline were all places of growth.
As an educator and head coach, his legacy is written in championships—but more importantly, it’s written in people.
As Coach Floyd begins the next chapter of his journey at White Knoll High School, we wish him nothing but success, fulfillment, and continued greatness. They’re gaining an outstanding coach, leader, and mentor.
