Empowering Parents as Partners, March 28, 2024, Zoom or Facebook Live.
DEADLINE IS TOMORROW! The Chester County School District is inviting all county residents to participate in a survey to evaluate facility needs, consider preliminary, high-level solutions, and contribute feedback to guide our next steps in capital projects. This anonymous survey will be accessible to the public until Sunday, March 24, 2024. The estimated time required to complete the survey is 5-10 minutes. Information from community members will be used by the district and later by the board members to evaluate solutions that meet community needs, are financially responsible, and move the district forward. All of the data we collect will be presented to the Board in April, and from there, they will decide on whether the District pursues a bond referendum on the November election ballot or not. It is very IMPORTANT to participate in this public survey! Residents can access the survey online at CCSDCapitalSurvey.org or scan the QR Code in the flyer below. Residents may also request a paper copy by contacting the school district office, or by visiting any one of our schools. Residents may also expect a postcard with information sent by mail this week. We respect your time and want to emphasize the importance of your participation. If you have comments or questions, please contact the school district office.

Good evening Cyclone Parents, This message is to inform you of a pocket knife that was recovered by a student on campus earlier this afternoon. The knife was immediately given to the school administration which then began conducting an investigation. We understand that incidents like these can be concerning for both students and parents. We wish to assure everyone that we are taking appropriate actions promptly to ensure the safety of everyone on campus. We would like to take this opportunity to remind all parents about the importance of discussing with their children the potential consequences of bringing items like knives to school. Such actions not only jeopardize the safety of our school community but may also result in serious consequences, including disciplinary measures and legal implications. The safety of our students is a collective effort, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding. We encourage open communication and cooperation between school and home to ensure the well-being of our entire school community. Thank you for your support, and have a wonderful rest of your evening!
