Subject: Important Announcement: Upcoming Individual Graduation Plan (IGP) Meetings
Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are pleased to announce the dates and times for the upcoming Individual Graduation Plan (IGP) meetings. These meetings are crucial for guiding our students in their educational paths and ensuring their successful transition to graduation.
IGP Meeting Dates:
November: 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 11, 18, 19, 20, 22
December: 5, 9, 10, 13, 16, 17
January: 10, 13, 14, 17, 23, 24, 27, 28, 30, 31
Counselor Assignments:
Ms. Craft: Students with last names A-J
Ms. Briggs: Students with last names K-Z
Available Meeting Times:
8:30 - 9:00 AM
9:15 - 9:45 AM
10:00 - 10:30 AM
10:45 - 11:15 AM
1:00 - 1:15 PM
1:30 - 2:00 PM
Students will receive a link via their school email to schedule their IGP meetings with their designated School Counselor. We encourage students to invite their parents/guardians/caregivers to attend in person, by phone, or virtually.
Important Reminders:
If students do not sign up by the deadline, classes will be chosen for them.
If a parent is not present during the meeting, the School Counselor will attempt to contact them via phone. If unsuccessful, the High School Course Request Form will be sent home for signature.
Parents can view their student’s schedule requests in the Student and Parent Portal.
Please note that while we intend to conduct meetings as scheduled, unforeseen circumstances may arise. If a meeting needs to be rescheduled, we apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Action Items:
Encourage your student to check their email daily for IGP notifications.
If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, please cancel and reschedule to free up that time for others.
Meeting Duration: To ensure all students are met with, meetings will not exceed 30 minutes.
