2025-2026 Student Registration
Registration for the 2025-2026 school year will open on April 14, 2025. All students, both new and returning, must complete the enrollment or validation process using the new FinalForms portal.
Please note: Starting with the 2025–2026 school year, CCSD will no longer use PowerSchool for student registration. ALL students MUST also have proof of residency before completing the registration process.
To be eligible for registration, students must reside within the school district’s attendance zones (Chester, Great Falls, or Lewisville) at the time of registration. Students must be registered by a legal guardian—either a parent listed on the birth certificate or an individual with legal custody as granted by Family Court (custody documents signed by a judge). Affidavits will not be accepted.
New to CCSD?
Parents or guardians of students enrolling in CCSD for the first time, including Pre-K and Kindergarten, should visit our New Student Enrollment Website to learn more about the FinalForms platform and the New Student Enrollment process.
Returning Student?
Parents or guardians of current CCSD students must complete the Returning Student Validation process. Starting Monday, families will receive an email from Chester County Schools via FinalForms with instructions on how to complete this step.
