Dear Families,
This time of year can be busy, but maintaining positive habits helps
keep our school community safe, focused, and supportive. Students are
also encouraged to continue using their AVID organizational strategies
—such as keeping planners updated, staying prepared for class,
and managing time wisely—to ensure a strong finish to the first
semester. These skills make a tremendous difference in their
academic success. Please be on the lookout for upcoming
information about winter-themed dress days and fun schoolwide
activities happening throughout December. As the weather
becomes colder, we also ask families to make sure students are
dressed appropriately each day and continue to follow both
school and district dress code policies. Students are prohibited
from wearing pajamas of any form to school, except on
designated days for winter celebrations. Your help with this matter
is critical in the safety and well-being of our students. Thank you
