Mrs. Gilyard's classes have been working hard this week creating Math Board Games! Each group came up with the concept of their game, the math problems to be solved, and the design of their board. Mrs. Gilyard provided supplies and the students' imaginations did the rest!
Mr. Ray's class is finishing out the year with a lesson on aerodynamics. Students are making and testing different styles of airplanes. They are measuring the flight of their airplanes, noting how they fly (straight, arced, twisting), and making adjustments as needed.

Mr. Ray's science classes received a grant to help with their spring garden. Students have been planting seeds and plants, watering, and tending the garden. They are also working on measuring and repairing pickets for their garden border, before painting and reinstalling them.
