Social Emotional Wellness – Put Electronics to Bed 📵💤

Setting clear boundaries around screen time helps children grow healthier — emotionally, socially, and physically. When screens are limited, kids have more time to connect with family, play outside, and get the sleep they need to thrive.

Experts recommend no more than 1–2 hours of total screen time per day and keeping electronics out of bedrooms at night to build healthy habits and better sleep routines.

Try creating a family “device bedtime” and a shared charging station outside bedrooms to make unplugging easier for everyone.
