The Chester County School District has received an update from local Emergency Management and the National Weather Service regarding a severe weather system moving through our area tomorrow, Monday, March 16, 2026.
Forecasts indicate a high risk for severe thunderstorms, potential tornadoes, and straight-line winds reaching up to 70 MPH. Based on this information and for the safety of our students and staff, all CCSD schools and district facilities will be closed tomorrow, Monday, March 16. All after-school activities will also be canceled.
Instructions regarding weather makeup will be forthcoming at a later time. Please stay safe tomorrow, and we look forward to welcoming students back to campus as soon as conditions allow.

These students will receive prizes and be featured on our digital sign outside of the school and Star Student of the Month bulletin board. They will also be recognized with a certificate at our next Awards Program.
