During World Read Aloud Day, Ms. Dixon’s students were able to interact with an author and illustrator. The illustrator taught them how to draw a character from the story and they added details.

We celebrated our students who met MAP goals today. Students who met their personal goal enjoyed ice cream at recess. Students who met their grade level goal enjoyed a nacho bar. 🌟

We had a great time celebrating our students at our 2nd 9 weeks behavior celebration today! Those students with no pink slips, bus referrals, or office referrals were able to choose from a variety of clubs to attend. Clubs included canvas painting, working with drums and other music, climbing the rock wall, playing with play doh and slime, learning about baking, making friendship bracelets, playing games, learning about football, enjoying a nacho bar, and more. Thank you to our assistant principal, Ms. Campbell for organizing the celebration! 🌟
