📚 Attention 2nd Grade Families! ✏️
Our 2nd graders will be taking the CogAT and Iowa Assessments from October 20th–24th.
📌 Please make sure your child is at school and on time each day during testing. A good night’s sleep and a healthy breakfast can also help them do their best!

During September we recognized Attendance Awareness Month with various student activities. We even had one for a selected group of parents because we realize parents play an important role in student attendance, getting to school on time, and not leaving early. Congratulations to Kingsley and Kingsten Hardin and their Mom for winning a $50 gas card!
Due to Family Night for 4th grade, we will begin our PTO and SIC meeting at 4:00pm.

⭐️Star Students of the Month⭐️
Star Students are chosen by teachers based on displaying the Life Skill(s) of the month and/or their positive approach to academics, interactions with others, and/or behavior. These students will receive prizes and be featured on our digital sign outside of the school and Star Student of the Month bulletin board. They will also be recognized with a certificate at our next Awards Program.
