DATE REMINDERS: Friday, February 13, 2026, will be an early release day for students. Dismissal times are as follows:

Elementary: 11:45 AM
Middle: 12:30 PM
High: 12:45 PM

All CCSD facilities will be CLOSED on Monday, February 16, 2026, in observance of the President’s Day holiday.

The Spring Intersession week for Chester County School District students will take place February 17–20, 2026. Academic support will be offered for elementary, middle, and high school students on February 17–19, 2026. Schools have sent permission letters home with students who have been selected to participate. Only students who receive and return a signed permission letter should plan to attend school for academic support during intersession.

The academic support schedule for elementary students will be from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Middle and high school students will attend from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Breakfast, lunch, and transportation will be provided at no cost. Schools will share transportation details directly with families of students who will be riding the bus. Please contact your child’s school with any questions.

All normal school operations will resume on Monday, February 23, 2026.

2 Hour Delay, Feb 4, 2026
All CCSD schools will operate on a 2-hour delay on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, to ensure the safety of buses and early-morning travelers. Students who ride the bus should report to their stops two hours later than usual. Parents who drop their students off should also arrive at school two hours later than normal.

Please exercise caution while traveling, as icy patches may still be present throughout the county. Parents are encouraged to use best judgment and avoid travel if conditions in their area are still unsafe.
