🐾 Our GiTi Tire STEAM Team Shined This Year! 🐾
Our students worked hard on this year’s GiTi Tire STEAM project, exploring how animals communicate using patterns in sound, light, and movement.
Our group chose a panda, creating an adorable (and smart!) model showing a lost baby panda calling out in the bamboo forest. Using Arduino programming, the baby panda produced a higher‑pitched sound, while the “mother” panda responded with a deeper reassuring call to let the baby know she was on the way. 🍃🐼💬
Students researched real animal behavior, designed and 3D‑printed their models, built habitats, and programmed signals—all while learning teamwork, creativity, and problem‑solving.

Last Friday, our Kindergarten classes hosted Donuts with Grownups, and it was such a special morning! Parents, grandparents, and other loving grownups joined our little learners to enjoy donuts and explore fun math, reading, and writing activities they can try at home. ✏️📚➕
